Installation Policy — Grab Bar Supply LLC

Effective Date: 6/1/2025


Introduction
Grab Bar Supply LLC strives to provide a premium, convenient, and safe installation experience for all our residential clients. The following terms and conditions apply to all installation services performed by our installation partners.


Installation Services

All installations are performed by licensed, bonded, and insured independent contractors.

The contractor is responsible for their own tools, methods, and workmanship.

Our team schedules, oversees payments, and guarantees delivery to your satisfaction.


Pricing and Payment

Installation pricing is a flat rate, starting at $[see below] per grab bar.

Additional charges may apply if there are unusual wall conditions, obstructions, or custom requests.

All payments are due in advance.

We pay our contractor after the installation is completed and the customer signals their satisfaction.


Liability and Insurance

Grab Bar Supply LLC assumes no liability for injuries, damages, or defects stemming from the contractor’s installation services.

All contractors carry their own liability and workers’ compensation coverage.

Please feel free to request a certificate of insurance from us at any time.


Cancellations and Reschedules

Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled installation may incur a $50 reschedule fee.

Reschedules made due to unforeseen circumstances will be accommodated when possible.


Release of Liability and Hold Harmless

The Customer agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Grab Bar Supply LLC from and against any and all liability, losses, or expenses arising from or related to the installation services.


Satisfaction Inspection and Approval

The Customer or their representative must be present to approve and sign a Certificate of Completion upon the conclusion of the installation.


Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the state of Arizona.

Commercial/Business Partner Installation Policy — Grab Bar Supply LLC

Installation Services

All installations are performed by licensed, bonded, and insured independent contractors.

The contractor is responsible for their own tools, methods, and workmanship.

Our team schedules, oversees payments, and guarantees delivery to your satisfaction.


Pricing and Payment

Installation pricing is a flat rate per grab bar.

Additional charges may apply if there are unusual wall conditions, obstructions, custom requests, or specialized accommodations.

All payments are due in advance or upon delivery of the quote.

We pay our contractor after the installation is completed and the business signals their satisfaction.


Liability and Insurance

Grab Bar Supply LLC assumes no liability for injuries, damages, or defects stemming from the contractor’s installation services.

Scope of Work & Pricing

Flat-Rate Pricing Structure

Small Projects (1–2 straight bars / accessible studs): $175/bar

Medium Projects (3–4 bars; may include L-bar or moderate reinforcement): $150/bar

Large Projects (5+ bars; mixed types or tile/drywall reinforcement): $140/bar

These flat rates cover standard installation labor and materials.

Additional Charges

During installation, if unforeseen conditions arise, additional charges may apply:

Condition Charge
Structural reinforcement (blocking) $100
Specialty anchors (tile, metal, etc.) per anchor $50
Repositioning bar for obstacles $75
Additional bars beyond quote $140/bar
Removal/disposal of existing fixtures per fixture $50
Unforeseen complications $100/hr (billed in 15‑min increments)

The installer will review any extra charges with you and obtain approval before proceeding.


2. Installation Standards

All installations are by licensed subcontractors. They:

Mount grab bars per 2010 ADA Standards: 33–36″ height, 1.5″ clearance, diameter 1¼–1½″, 250 lb load capacity 

Anchor into studs or blocking or use approved heavy-duty anchors—no hollow-drywall fastening .

Adhere to ADA placement guides for toilets, showers, bathtubs and vertical/horizontal bars

Inspect and test all grabs bars for load-bearing capacity prior to job completion.


3. On-Site Assessment

May be performed in same visit as installation or based on online form submission, including number/type of bars, wall types, and site photos.

Pre-assessment determines flat-rate pricing.


4. Payment Terms

Upfront Payment

Full payment for flat-rate plus any pre-approved adjustments is required prior to installation completion.

Payment Methods

On-site: POS terminal supports credit/debit cards

Off-site: Bank transfer (account details provided on-site)

Job Completion:

Installer confirms satisfaction; remaining balance processed before departure.


5. Warranty & Liability

Workmanship Warranty: Valid for 1 year post-installation; covers installation defects only.

Exclusions: Does not cover product defects, damage from misuse, modifications or re-installation.

Insurance: Installers carry proper liability and workers’ compensation coverage.

Company Liability: Excludes claims due to post-installation use, modification, or relocation.


6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

No-Fee Reschedule: With > 24-48 hrs notice

Late Cancellation (<24-48 hrs): $50 trip fee


7. Permits & Compliance

Customers are responsible for any necessary permits or local inspections.

Company is not liable for costs or delays associated with compliance.


8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by Arizona law.

Disputes are subject to binding arbitration in Pinal County, AZ.

Effective Date: 6/1/2025


Release and Hold Harmless:
The Customer (or Business) agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Grab Bar Supply LLC, its employees, its independent contractors, its agents, and its stakeholders, from any and all liability, losses, or expenses arising from or related to:

The delivery or installation of grab bars.

The condition of the wall or surface upon which grab bars are installed.

The use or misuse of grab bars after installation.

 

 

Dispute Resolution — Binding Arbitration

Effective Date: 6/1/2025


Any dispute or claim arising from or related to the installation, delivery, or pricing of grab bars, or related services provided by Grab Bar Supply LLC, shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Pinal County, Arizona. The arbitration shall be governed by the American Arbitration Association Rules and applicable Arizona state law. Each party shall pay its own arbitration costs and fees.
